This table is a fun throwback to an early 70's layout, that carries over many EM elements. I know that TAB is having health issues and isn't likely to be of assistance, so perhaps someone else can help.

I've been doing a bit of graphics work on the lane guides and pegs on this (just for my own use) and was hoping for some help on correcting the script. The lights all seem to function for the extra ball and specials, but none are awarded for either.

If someone knows what is missing, it would be nice to have those features in play. Any advice would be appreciated.

I don't have the table, but it would be a Rom setting. Try pressing F6 to see if there is a dip switch menu.

Yes there is a dip switch menu. I guess I'll have to experiment and see what they do to affect those features. Thanks Bob.

I don't know if this is the info you are looking for, but looking at Peter's System 80A script (since Touchdown is an early 80A table) dip switch 28 toggles betwen novelty mode (awarding 50000 points instead of specials and extra balls) or normal mode (awards extra balls and specials). He did not write one that I know of for Touchdown so I was looking at his default 80A script for the early 80As.

Hope this helps, and I hope that is what you were looking for.

give me about 3 hours with it. I also will play around a bit with its looks and take a quick peek at your coding problem. I am not a coding expert by any means but you may have just missed something. Sometimes all that is needed is a new set of eyes. I just got the table and will start to fart around with it soon! If you are not happy with my results you don't have to use them.

Haven't had time to adjust too many dips, but I did try 28. It seems to award a free ball to the upper specials but not the top right target. Thanks for the info ta2686.

ya' know I was working on it then went to look at it then realized I did not have the rom at all! So I had to hunt for it, not thinking it was originally a vp8 table (I know, "Here's yer' sign. faralos!") I looked at first in the vp9 area, for quite a while (must be that Polish heritage coming to surface yet again), before the light bulb, however dim finally clicked on and I realized, yeah ya' dumbass, it is a vp8 so therefore... and so on so now I can see my progress and it should be back up here soon!
