It is probably due to the username not existing in the database
I sent you an email.

Once that is solved it should probably work

I made a few changes that were effective:

I changed the directory to C: instead of Program Files.

In fact, my login didn't exist; I created it on the website but forgot to click "save and use," so I only generated the login but it wasn't validated.

Another thing that might make a difference is always using both as admin.
