Hey all,

 

I've been out of the virtual pinball scene for quite a few years but my interest was recently rekindled.  I built a small mini pin years ago with a 23" playfield and 15" backglass years ago.  That cab is long gone now, but I'm almost done with a slightly larger cab with a 32" playfield, 22" backglass, and a 9" DMD.

 

Things sure have changed.  I managed to get things up and running with the help of Nailbuster's Baller Installer and was surprised at how easy it was.  Now I'm just trying to catch up with all of the new developments that have taken place since I've been away.  I'm sure I'll be asking for help here.

Welcome back. I grew up playing pinball in the 70s and 80s. I've played pinball fx for about 10 years but just recently got into vpx. It's awesome, there are so many tables, and the community is really helpful. I wish I had the room or the skill to build a cabinet but I'm just playing on a laptop. I didn't think I'd be able to run it with my almost-no-brand no beef machine but nearly all tables play really nicely and I'm loving collecting talbes. Good luck with the new build.
