Hi everyone, how are you all doing? I'm entering this wonderful world of pinball and trying to understand and create a dedicated machine, a "cabinet". But I've encountered these two errors...
1. When opening the table, this Framework error message appears on the backglass (version 4.8.1 is already installed).
2. When opening the table, as soon as DMD opens on the monitor, the taskbar also appears...
If anyone can help, thanks everyone...

Guys... I managed to fix the taskbar bug. What I did was: make the taskbar fixed. It was in hide mode, and changing it to fix the taskbar fixed it. The front-end overlays the image, and it worked. But I still haven't managed to remove the .NET error. However, this error appeared on the Terminator 2 table... I'm adding more tables and checking if this framework error is present on other backglasses.

I'm running VPX v10.8.0 (and B2S-Server 2.1.4) on Windows-11 Pro.

No, never seen anything like that.

Terminator-2 is one of my top-5 favorite tables. I'm running g5k's v1.1 with the standard directb2s file I always used for years now. Actually, since I didn't save the original archive, I'm not real sure HOW you tell who the developer is or it's version.

Edit:

If you require assistance with that .Net error, please translate to English.

I managed to fix it, it worked. I fixed those bugs, I simply downloaded another version. The same one that my friend mentioned (1.1 of the G5K with the standard DirectB2S file). It turned out great...
One small thing I found strange is that on the Tales of the Arabian Nights mixer, the ball has a trail. I don't know if it's my monitor, which is 60Hz... I'll investigate. And I also found the audio on this mixer very low. I'll try increasing the volume. It seems that some audio is "coming out" on other channels. I only have stereo on the cabinet.

But, thanks. It worked.

Good to hear you got it working.

In VPX v10.8.0 ... Ball-Trails setting is in Prefs/Video now ... you can turn them off Globally or per-table. Actually, many settings are like that now.

It worked, removing the ball's trail. I found it better. Thank you.
Do you know of any tutorials for changing themes?
And can you tell me if it's possible to set it up to turn on and open at a specific table?
Because when I turn on the machine, the first pinball that comes up always appears, the Leprechaun King.

Sure, no problemo.

No, I don't use PinUp-Popper ... I use the PinballY front-end.

one important hint: its a proven idea to switch windows display language to EN or US, so that the software installation takes place in its original environment, because it avoids some errors running software.

(for example: Nudge in Future Pinball works only in english windows.)

If you use PinUpSystem, please take a look into my documentation (link in my footer)

There I have described in detail, how PinUpPlayer and its config works.

Okay, I'll take a look at the one you're using, now that I'm getting into the pinball world... PinUp-Popper was the first one I saw and liked, but I'll check out PinballY, watch some videos and tutorials. Thanks!
