Hi, hopefully there’s something simple here I’ve failed to understand… but in several VR rooms for EM tables, I’m not able to see the scoring reels in VR. However, I can see the score on my desktop. I do not have any similar problems with DMD games.

 

I’ve installed all the software via BallerInstaller and I’m running VPinballX_GL64.exe directly. Here is an example screenshot using Op-Pop-Pop showing the VR preview (centre) with the missing reels, the backglass on my desktop (upper right left), and the B2S settings windows. (I’ve tried this with “B2SWindowPunchActive” both checked and unchecked.)

 

 

Any ideas what would cause this and how I can troubleshoot further? Many thanks for any assistance!

Hi

 

Some tables need the backglass file "Tablename.directB2s" to work properly

and need in VR settings "Capture external Backglass" marked

Most of Ext 2K tables need the Backglass file to work

Ah ha! That’s exactly what I was missing, I saw it yesterday and would have sworn I’d tried it… maybe I fixed some secondary issue afterward during other troubleshooting? In any case, this is working now. Thank you!
