Hi,

I have a strange problem on my 3-screen-cabinet running Win10 with a Nvidia GTX1050 and VPX 10.8.1 in OpenGL.

When starting a table for the first time, everything works fine. Starting the table another time I get only in a black playfield screen. The rest of the table runs, B2S, MAME, and I hear the table running.

The same with all other tables. I see no errors in the log. I found out, when deleting the table cache, I can start the table another time wirhout problems.

So everytime when a table cache is present, the playfield stays black.

This problem does not occur with the DX version.

Remember 10.8.1 is an early alpha stage development.  It is not intended for general use.  My attempt at OpenGL 10.8.1 gives me a black screen right out of the box......

I have the same issues with 10.8.0. I use my notebook with intel graphics to do my camera setting per table. And there it works. Maybe a Nvidia problem?

I guess the driver you are using is Microsoft's driver, and it usually do not have any OpenGL. Try downloading the driver from Intel's web site.

I use the latest Nvidia driver. I wonder why it works only once.

I thought it the GL didn't work on your laptop, that's why I said you should get the driver from Intel, because that's what happened with my laptop :) MS driver didn't work at all with the GL version, but the Intel driver worked fine.

On my desktop I use a Nvidia card and it works fine, but I use Window mode and not the Exclusive Fullscreen mode.

I tried again with 10.8.0 like I did yrsterday. Now it works in my cab, yesterday it did not. Strange that 10.8.1 also works on my laptop.
