Hello all,

     noob here so i hope i explain myself correctly. i bought someone's OLD vpin and the only thing it has on it is Pinball FX3. Stems is NOT installed so i am not sure what Pinball FX3 this actually is. the cabinet is wired using a Xbox 360 controller/ the cabinet has 2 buttons on each side, 1 for flipper and the second is for nudging. it also has 3 buttons on the front (2 on the left and one large button on the right for launching balls). there are also 2 coin door buttons that also are wired

 

when Pinball FX3 is launched but not in a game the 2 side buttons for nudging will move the table selector left or right. when a game is launched they do not do anything at all. i am expecting nudging but not getting any. if i press left control, right control, or space bar on my keyboard it will nudge left, right, and straight

 

i downloaded Joy2Key and i cannot figure out how to make it work for nudging. i can press the physical buttons and i see the POV --> and POV <-- light up in Joy2key in the xbox 360 tab. i just don't know what to do after.

 

can anyone help me figure out how to get nudging to work via my secondary buttons on my cabinet like i am expecting them to?
