This is Volley (1976) but reskinned with Bob's Burgers artwork.
 
Aside from the art and some sfx, ALL the credit for this table needs to go to Loserman76, Bodydump, GNance and Popotte.
 
I like the drop target challenge of this game and made me think of a restaurant turning tables.
