First of all, if this is not meant to be here, I apologize in advance.

 

I've tried a lot of suggestions on this forum, but none seem to be working. I'm setting up Diablo 4 table with a video for backglass (pinup baller + visual pinball). No matter what I do, the moment I start the table to play, the backglass goes away. I've checked under DMD (using a Full DMD) and under playfield, to no success.

 

I'm fairly sure I'm missing something, but what should I be looking at in this type of setup?

 

I have a 3 screen setup. The video of the backglass has the same name of the vpx file. No PUP Pack.

Your Popper settings are set to close the backglass so a pup pack can be displayed when the table starts. See Terry Red's AIO installer instructions for batch files in PinUp Popper
