This is only tangentially related to VPinMame, but I figure there's probably at least some overlapping interest, since it's in the same general sphere of Pinball Archaeology.

 

DCS Explorer, a new, 100% native C++ implementation of the DCS audio decoder, and an encoder for creating new DCS audio ROMs containing original audio material.

 

An unofficial DCS Audio Format Technical Reference, with details on the audio format's internals.

Hmm

can you read an existing sound bin and then of course edit or replace it?


If you feel the need to empty your wallet in my direction, i don't have any way to receive it anyways
