Hi guys, I have installed the table hpgf-052-DOF along with the PupPack. When I run the table the table loads and runs well and the PuP Backglass overlays launch but no backglass videos play ( the overlay is that silver upper and lower artwork that frames over the normal video playing area). This is a desktop setup so that is positioned and sized to fit up on the top right hand corner of the single screen. The rectangular DMD region which displays normally (on other tables) in the top left hand corner of the screen is not seen. However in the area where the DMD is supposed to be I see text that confirms number of players and some other things.

I have other tables like this which run fine for example Stranger Things 4 LPE 1.0 (Limited PRO Edition).

Any ideas to try are much appreciated.

 it works for me every time. I should add my setup is the baller complete set up for everything and all my pup packs work every time
