Hi Guys!

As the title says, scoreboard is hidden under many tables. I've read a lot about this but can't find a solution. I see where I can alt-tab and see the DMD and to click it and move it a bit but that hasn't worked. Can't move it at all. Does the table need to be in windowed mode? Tried that but had the same problem. Perhaps I did that incorrectly.

I'm not at all sure it has anything to do with the program- it may very well be user ignorance about Windows! I'm not a great computer guy.

BTW, I was last into VP with VP8 and 9. VPX is amazing!

Any help would be wonderful!

Mike- I have a question that likely has an easy answer but haven't been able to find it. When I go to Customize Style the bottom part of the menu is cut off like that app screen is too big. I can see a sliver of the tops of the two buttons but that's it. You're likely gonna face-palm at how simple the solution is but I can't figure it out.

is your screen very low resolution?
Or are you using screen scaling ither than 100%

Hi Weisshund!  Display was set to 150% (says recommended). I changed it to 125% and the tables became windowed.

VPX needs 100% regardless of what windows recommends

i think that windows shows 150% dpi is recommended as the windows hard hard to read on 4k.
But set all windows to 100% as puppack doesn't show it correctly as well.

So, if I understand correctly, go ahead and set windows to 100%?

Thanks Mike- this worked- I can see the whole menu plus I can see the backglass! Is there a way to have VP run in 100% and everything else in 150%? I'm getting old so even on a big monitor, 100% isn't cutting it lol! I don't mind changing display every time I play VP but would rather not. Hey, thanks for all the help!

I used script via dc2.exe (noon display player) to switch between 100% and 159% dpi. 100% when using my frontend and when existing my frond end in 150%
Now I remembered, it was a reg key that needs to be adjusted and when setting the key, i did with dc2.exe a screen change that also applied the reg key

Thanks for the advice... I had asked about this in another thread before I found this.

I've installed Freezy and changed the stayontop option to true, but the DMD still loses focus behind the PF.  I'm using a single screen right now in fullscreen exclusive.  Are there additional steps I need to take?

Thanks again for the help.

fullscreen exclusive mode is just that
nothing will stay on top

It actually does stay on top in exclusive mode.  I just didn't have use external DMD checked, so it was still the normal DMD.

Now I just have to figure out how to rotate Freezy.

sounds like windows is messing with your ability to actually go exclusive fullscreen then.

windows fullscreen optimizations setting.

but id probably leave it alone, or you wont get the DMD showing

I think it is mostly likely possible, and that's what the "on top" setting in Freezy is for.

the on top setting is supposed to help with it not falling behind B2S Backglass as B2S likes to roll over top of things
But now B2S Server has a for to back setting that stops all fighting.

It also has a hole puncher ability

OK, well... my problem was keeping the DMD on top of the PF in fullscreen exclusive... I couldn't do that before and now I can, so future generations who happen to stumble on this thread with the same problem may want to at least give it a try.

What table was it?

Most DMD tables have an internal DMD in desktop mode.

If one does not, it is not usually too hard to add one
