Initial announcement from Jeff:
VPX conversion
Artwork done by GNance
others to thank: JPSalas, Pinuck, hauntfreaks, Borgdog, Arngrim
in addition to the "standard" keys (typically "1" to start game and "5" for coin), I've added "3" as another coin input and "4" for coin and auto-start game (like I recall the dime slots generally were) to simulate 3 coin slots
when game is not in progress, holding down left flipper for about 3-5 seconds will bring up the options menu. left flipper selects item, right flipper changes option.
I've also included shadows for the ball and flippers. If you want to turn them off look for these lines at the beginning of the script:
Const ShadowFlippersOn = true
Const ShadowBallOn = true
change to false if you want either of the shadows not showing on your tables

My view on Snow Derby: Probably the first pin with bonus system. I regret I never saw the game in real. Surprising is the action the game gives with its 2.2" fingers. Here I offer you my

Version 1.0c:
- new physic (cab optimized),
- slight layout change -> reduces ball losses outer side lanes
- many new sounds, in this game I focused on objects sounds, thanks to JPSalas for his permission to use his routines, because not all already included commands worked sufficient
- rolling ball sound level adjusted
- all kicker holes are now engaged simultaneously, like in the real game
- improved ball and ball position in the plunger lane
- the bumper triggers are now in colored plastic, outer bumpers are wired parallel
- new timing for ball release - now after player up alternator ends
- new POV for cab use
- in game over state the plastics illumination stays on (the original behavior of all Gottlieb EMs)
- rolling score reels in BG plus illumination, staying on in game over state
- many lights in BG new and existing new wired and connected with script

Zip contains game, BG and pics for cab users.

All this in kind tribute to Jeff Whitehead.

Plays very well.  Enjoyed it.  Simple, but not as random with the bumpers as the 60's, early 70s tables seemed to be.

Look forward to playing this a bunch more. Thanks!

Thanks for the update,

amazing level of detail on graphics, mecanics, sounds (love the detail when the ball hits the metal in/outlane diverter ... :-) )

Great job, lots of fun, thanks!
