Here is the Alaska pinball machine by Interflip (1978) in VPX version!
Seeing the flyer for this pinball machine, I wanted to create it virtually:
- I first started with the backglass: the photo comes from 'The Complete Pinball Book' by Marco Rossignoli, page 82.
- For the table, I used the Metropolis table by JP Salas as a base because it has several similarities: drop targets, top lanes...
- I couldn't find good resources for the design of the playfield and plastics: so I redrew everything in vector with Paint Shop Pro (sorry I'm not a designer but a .Net developer in real life, I couldn't recreate the details, but I'm proud of the result (it's still better than nothing!)).
- FYI the 3D primitives of the bumpers were created in Blender because the shapes on this pinball machine are unique.

I separated some of the solenoid call outs and added two
I also added them to the DOF website

Jejepinbal of that pin did two versions a Em of 1 Prayer and then other SS of 4 Prayers,the playfield that you have used it,s of the version EM of 1 prayer not of the version de 4 prayers.

 

The playfield of 1 prayer the mountain it,s green instead in the version SS of 4 prayers the mountain it,s orange.

 

In a future will build both versions.

I made a version 1.1 of the table that includes your changes.

Good to know ! I will see to modify the 4 players version of the playfield.

Too bad, the photos of the backglass for 1 player version are not of very good quality in ipdb...

No chimes sound on this table, it's more a Solid State than an EM table. The table is based on Metropolis which has no chimes.
I just recreate the table with a few photos on Internet, I have no idea of the sounds/music it makes, and no idea of the rules (I create my own rules and instruction card).

Would be nice to add some more (rom like) sounds in future updates. Otherwise, awesome job. The bumpers are outstanding! Excellent table action. Thank you.
