Some tables the flipper response from the time I push the cabinet button till the flipper responds is so bad it makes the game unplayable.

Is there an adjustment to speed up the response time?

I guess this is table based. Some tables need more resources than others. Write down which tables and we'll see what can be done.

... let's see which Tables, i have also some Tipps for you ...

First, if you run on Win 10, try to disable "Real Time protection", before you start VPX ...

I got the Tipp from someone here in the Past, and indeed this was the Solution on some Stutters/Input-Lags for me.

I also use Win10 and I do exclude the whole VP folder in the Defender antivirus :)

OK Guys - Totally turned off defender and unplugged internet from computer. All my VP table flippers play slow. JP's are a little faster but the left flipper is weaker than the right maybe something I can correct in the script?  I played FP to check my cabinet buttons and found out how really bad the VP flippers are. Before I went to VPX 10.7  I had noticed a slightly slower response than FP

but thought that was just the nature of VP. I'll keep testing. Maybe something with the KL25Z but I don't think so because of FP playing fine. Thanks STAT and JP

Are you running VPX in exclusive fullscreen mode?

Do not adjust any table scripts, that is not the answer.

Press F11 while playing
see what fps is as well as flipper latency

Thanks WIisshund   I will check the full screen mode and not adjust anything in the script. also check F11.

What I discover so far is since I upgraded to VPX 10.7 is that all my table setting have changed (POV). I discovered  on Flash Gordon if I re adjusted the POV that I could get a faster response time for the flippers. I will keep working on this problem so others won't have go back and adjust all their tablles.

Thanks to everyone that contributes to this Forum. Helping each other!

that is odd considering POV has no bearing on flippers at all, it is purely visual

also 10.7 does not change any POVs from 10.6, you should not be seeing any change in POV

Seems you have something else going on there

Wiesshund: Your suggestion to check for EXCLUSIVE FULLSCREEN MODE in preferences was the fix. I had been testing Anaglyph 3D and had changed a lot of settings trying for perfection in 3D. Setting to FSM also fixed up the problems in 3D. I appoligize to the creators of the upgrde to VPX 10.7 for insinuating there was a problem withthe upgrade.    Thanks again

OBTW also thanks for the F11 key hint. I didn't know about that either. I read everything I find about VP and FP pinball and there is always more to learn. Love this hobby
