OMG, that is hilarious. Because on the real machine, balls get stuck there all the time. Happens because the switch is a leaf switch bent like a wedge. Causes to much drag on the ball too soon before it builds up momentum. Way i've always fixed this on shadows i've owned, is use a long straight wire switch. So it triggers in the middle of the ramp. Works every time. On this table, I have no clue on how to fix it.

Btw, shadow is highly underrated machine, and The movie wasn't that bad. I'd watch the shadow 100x's over having to watch, Any of the Twilight movies, or EP1, 2 or 3 even once.
The machine is definitely a players machine. One of the harder ones, that normally the better players appreciate. Especially the mode start hole. That shot is very hard to hit on the real machine.
