Hello everybody,

 

I just did build up my first virtual Pinball Machine and hang around with some questions.

 

I use VPX and downloaded several tables from vpformus\vpx tables

 

Some work, some don't, I need to figure out several details.

 

For this posting I have a question about ROM files.

I found some in the libary and placed the zip files into my C:\VisualPinball\VPinMAME\roms. This works.

 

Now I want to run the table "TAG TEAM", I can download the vpx table, but I can not find any rom files.

 

How can I get the rom files for TAG TEAM.

I do have a old TAG TEAM Pinball machine. This is a german version build from NSM Loewen 1985. They used the Gottlieb playfield and their own CPU. So I guess I can not run the rom-files from my machine. 

 

I checked ipdb.org but couldn`t find any help.

 

Is here somebody who can help?

For the ones you're having a hard time finding on the vp forums, try googling the table name plus vpin rom. For this table, search Tag Team Vpin Rom and it will be your third search result. That site is where I've had the most luck. Good luck!

Hello thank you so much. I was totally focused to this forum and did not assume to find those files in the web.

But as always, ask google, you will find something.

I found the romfiles.

Lets check the digital version of TagTeam.

FYI - You will not find any Gottlieb roms on this or any other virtual pinball site.  You will always have to search for them.  VPF and all the other sites cannot share Gottlieb (aka Premier) roms.

Hello,

the table runs and I like it. But  also here I have the problem wih the scoreboard.

Since there is no backglas available and I have no scoreboard on the playfield I have no counting.

 

I guess this is again a problem of displaysettings. They drive me crazy,.

 

Helpless as I am, I copied a backglas from another table and renamed it to tagteam.direct2bs

 

Now I have a backglas and can see the scoring, but design and the digits do not exactely match to the backglas.

Looks funny.

 

But is this a way for me to have a backglas for this table? Copy an exisitng one and modify?

Change line 104 in the script to .hidden = 0

In Backglass/POV settings untick Show Decal

That will give you VPM display for score.

Here, make a backglass from this.
Not the best quality but it would work for now

 

But what is wrong with this already made B2S backglass?

This time I checked google, but perhaps I had a not so good search key.

How ever, I will use the existing backglas.

Everything is fine,

I followed your link and downloaded the backglass.

It works fine.

I just wanted to tell, that I tried to find the backglass by myself before, but without luck.
