Hi guys,

I thought I'll never get the ROMs from Data East's Michael Jordan pinball.

However, I was wrong because..... I got them today! From one Pinsider named Dgoett!

Now I've got them, I can start working on MJ table for VPX

So far, I was rebuilding it by using shots from LW3, but I have a plans of just leaving the LW3 table the way it is, but with MJ playfield pictures and ROMs, but I'll see

If anybody of you wants to work on this project with me, just PM me. I'd appreciate the support

I exported speech calls from MJ u17 and u21 ROMs by using Audacity, but now I got stuck in one tricky part: Music and sound effects

They sound awful in Audacity (u7 rom, and there are also some awful soundings in u17 rom), which obviously says that they can't be decoded in some of formats

Can anybody help me to decode the ADPCM from u7 rom? Without music, the table can't be complete! (Okay, a lot of LW3 musics are reused in Michael Jordan, but there are still MJ's original soundtracks)

But you should be able to load the roms in pinmame. Be very easy when the set is added.

Yes, but MJ ROMs were not emulated in Pinmame... yet

Was reading about the table, very interesting. There is a video on pinside that shows the opening intro. Weird enough it had a MJ backglass but a LW playfield

If so, the Pinsider called NYPinChamp93 was selling the Michael Jordan ROMs installed on Lethal Weapon pinball, and the guy who bought it made the video of it

I'm glad that I made your day, bro, but I probably won't work on MJ WIP anymore now the MJ ROMs are in Pinmame

However, I'm gonna change the image of LW3 playfield to MJ, so the helps on that are more than welcome!

Permission to MOD of Javier1515's LW3 table is allowed without approval, so here's my current progress on turning LW3 into MJ

I probably won't work on MJ WIP anymore now the ROMs are in Pinmame, but I started modding LW3 playfield image to look like MJ
