This is a manual ball lift table - the start key or "A" will lift the ball. You can change to auto-lift in the options menu.
New backglass image - if you don't like it delete it - lol

ZIP includes directB2s and a wheel image (sorry I don't know where this wheel image came from or who made it as it's been on my drive for some time now).

Guys, don't Forget: if you also want Flyers for your Front-End or whatever,
also take a look on Page: https://flyers.arcad...db&page=archive
and not use Always Flyer Images from IPDB, you will get a better Quality from the Page above.

And here I thought I was crazy that I couldn't find the auto ball lift option.

Thanks for the update.

LM, please maybe you can set your next Table (possible -Updates) with ...

... keycode=30 or RightMagnasave ...

This would be awesome, and Cab Users could have Ball-Lifter at the Right Magna Key.

Not a MustHave, it is a Quick Change.

Too bad VPX doesn't have ManualBallLift as a pre-defined key that users could set - hmmm.... might be something for the devs and 10.7

Let me think about how I could do this so folks that don't have magnasave buttons can reconfigure easily. I'll probably just do a couple of constants at the top of the script and let folks just uncomment what key they want to use.

I've got magnasave buttons, but I've been a bit perverse and edited the scripts of manual lift tables to use my "extra ball" Buy In button instead. Maybe your ball lift script can just check for both, and have a top of the script option for "just automatically dump it in the plunger lane after drain"?

actually if you go into the options menu, you can change it and it retains the setting to auto-lift the ball. So that's one solution for folks for now.

If people don't have magnasave on their cab, they are really loosing out on a lot of tables. But, for EM's - it is kind of useless and available. My opinion on the matter. I know of maybe a handful of games where the extra ball button has anything to do, except what I feel is "cheating", and a feature to lure more money out of the user. So, I don't have that in my cab. Not very hard though to search your script for keydown sub and a hardcoded value of 30 and change it. Hardcoded values is actually not a good idea. It will always be the single key. "Aliases" like RightMagnaSave and others is much better in that they point to what you've mapped them to. So, yes, in that case, a new alias ManualBallLift makes sense. But, I'm still a fan of using the extra flipper keys for this feature. You probably have your hands in that area already.

From now on. I won't help anyone here at VPF. Please ask Noah why that is.

This is what I do too, and actually, i never use the 'Extra ball' button for anything else than lifting the ball in EMs. As Thalamus said, I also consider using it for its original purpose as cheating :)

Another vote for enabling Right Magnasave for manual ball lift. Meanwhile, how do I access the "Options menu" to enable auto ball lift? On this table F6 doesn't work, so apparently that's not it. In the editor, there's nothing about it in Table Options. I'm stumped.

hold down left flipper key for 3 seconds - then you'll get the menu. Also make sure you have the latest update - it has the rightmagnasave and a couple of other fixes missing from the initial release.

Can't seem to get DOF and my solenoids to work on this table.

olympics_1962 is in my DOF ini and that is the table rom / table - plug in is activated as well.

Any suggestions?

that's because it's probably keying off the old VP9 table.  This one isn't in DOFConfig to my knowledge.
