Flippers (2), Pop bumpers (2), Slingshots (2), Standup targets (3), Horseshoe lane (1). Plastic playfield surface. Scoring numbered targets and rollovers on playfield lights up corresponding numbers on backglass. Backglass has a 'Last Ball in Play' light (Ultima Bola). 
 
 
This version shows three ladies on the backglass. The lower playfield shows one lady with a wide-brimmed hat seated on the planet Saturn. In spite of the name of this game, the artwork does not show a beauty pageant in progress and all of the women are shown dressed as individuals rather than as contestants
