My Star Wars pinball sounds sound normal when first launching a ball but when playing a ball for an extended period, the sounds go silent until the ball drains.  When the next ball is loaded, the sounds return.  I am befuddled.  Any thoughts?

Thanks you from a first time poster.  I may not be the brightest #44 bulb on the playfield but am learning.

Is there some pattern on when exactly the sound goes silent? Like some animation that is played at that point? Or some mission started or something else that you triggered?

Great question to which I do not know the answer and never thought to observe.  I will play the game multiple times and find out, as well as timing the frequency and time from launch to see if there is a specific trigger point.  It will also be an excuse to play the game regularly and when my wife asks why I am playing so much pinball I can tell her I am working on a forum question :-)

It is not a unique case unfortunately. I know I've experienced this myself a few times. Often it resolves itself by the next ball, someone only on restart of the table. But, it doesn't happen often and that is a good thing. I have never thought of trying to find a pattern to the problem as it doesn't seemed to me to to be a pattern to when it happens. But, I can't swear on it. Unfortunately. I've never reported or written down what tables I've noticed this one. I'm pretty sure though that it never has happened to me on the table in question.

From now on. I won't help anyone here at VPF. Please ask Noah why that is.
