File Name: Stephen King's Sleepwalkers (TBA 2019)

File Submitter: ivantba

File Submitted: 04 Oct 2019

File Category: VPX Originals

Permission to MOD?: Unspecified

Stephen King's film adaptations have many successful examples. Sleepwalkers are also popular, with several young actors showing off their talent early in their careers.
A great mood and fantastic background music make this great movie. Among others, ENYA's "humming" has become remarkably catchy ...
This piece deserved a tribute table from me:)

Video of the gameplay:

An important thing: the content of the music library -mp3 file- are placed in the following folder: Visual Pinball\Music

So, a complete multimedia package is included with the compressed file. Among others, the backglass (directb2s) file. PinballX desktop and cabinet files (audio, pictures, flyers, instruction cards, wheel, etc.)

Original (my resource) table:
Shark (Taito 1982) v1.1.0
Author(s): Jpsalas
Thank you very much to JPSalas for allowing me to modify, re-theme his superb tables!
Thanks also to our MajorFrenchy forum fellow for the cool wheel logos!

You can find the necessary rom file to start the table here (sharkt.zip):
https://www.vpforums...ds&showfile=572

Important information about Taito system:

"The emulation of the Taito tables is a little different than other tables, and if you quit the table in the middle of a game, next time you restart the table it will continue that game.
And if you had some locked balls it may be possible that you wont get a new ball, to fix that you need to delete the nvram file (if available) from the NVRAM folder. I haven't found any other solution."

"The lock mechanism doesn't work and never has.  The posts go down then up too quickly and do not let a ball past them.  All 3 get stuck at the top and the multiball breaks, depending on physics settings.
I recommend making the posts that hold the balls 5 units high with a 750ms timer and .05 elasticity/friction."

Dont work on my PC (newest VPX Software) and 10.8 64 Bit.
Pressing "1" will be ignored. No ball appearing.

Any idea ?
