I played around with the drains/kickers in the RPG and so far it's working perfectly.

Edit:

I also changed line 528 to:

 Sub CapWall_Hit:playsound "fx_collide":cbCaptive.BallHit ActiveBall:End Sub

Edit 2:

CapWall and CapTrigger are not needed.  I deleted "CAPTIVE BALL INIT" section from the "CAPT BALL HANDLER" SECTION and added these lines to the table init and it seems to work perfectly with VPX handling the ball hit physics and the sound:

CapKicker.CreateBall
CapKicker.Kick 180, 1

CapKicker needs to be disabled so it doesn't trap the ball when you hit it.

ok so you know I have to chime in on this...
I agree there is no rule what you call your table, and its great if people are happy and or dont care....
but Hanibal does need to be called on his BS...

what you see in this screenshot is all the BS rolled into one.... this will be a learn post as well, some people might now understand PS....

first let's look at the navigator menu... when a designer wants to know what there work REALLY looks like they at it at 100% and you navigate around to evaluate your work.... so what you see is what it is... this charlton is a doesn't care...
now lets look at the image size menu... not only did he upscale the image (with not one professional techniques) he OVER upscaled to 5775 (5k)... and a DPI of 95.89 <---whatever the fuck that is I think he meant 96, <---- this is also incorrect , VP like 72dpi
so this was a native (4K god thats corny) it would be 4096pixels 72dpi
so the bottom line AGAIN!!! this is a 2048x1035 poorly upscaled to 5-Fing-K
again there is no law, rule or code you cant do this, but please lets call a spade a spade
I know this doesnt help me make friends, but i'm pointing out what other with filter wont...

oh and for the record, this is the same with the plastics

Well Haunt. you are right, those 4k named versions of Hannibal are not really 4k (I user a 4k Ddisplay in my rig), they are upscaled from Full HD like everybody can do in PS or whatever, which means yes 4k but not one pixel more real resolution. I noticed that from the first release of you (Hannibal). On the other hand you (Hannibal) do a lot of other stuff, which - depending on one's preferences - are welcome or not. What I realized, you are not afraid of extreme light effects and are in a way outstanding, BECAUSE of this. Mostly I like it, but I am stopped for some reasons, because there are some things (nicht böse sein), that I always do not like in your releases:

- the mech sounds (I can change them myself, so no problem. Maybe the reason is you don't have a cab).

- mostly the physics, they don't play well in a real situation (a cab)

- sometimes: much more focus on effects than realism and propper work

- always: your attitude, which - and I want to pronounce to me and maybe more people, like Haunt - sounds like: "hey guys, here is the best you can get, 4k, super FX and anything you've been dreaming of!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Sounds like more swaggering than profession.

So you were - for me - one of the abmiguous table authors. He does some cool stuff, but a bit too much of swaggering, lol.

Nevertheless I appreciate many of your releases, regardless if they fit 100% to what I expect or not. And I appreciate, that you DO release, regardless, if all people are pleased or not. Taken together:

- you don't produce irrelevant shit

- you sell it maybe a bit too aggressive ;)

For me, that's all I can say, I like, that you (Hannibal) are around. Everybody, who doesn't like him can ignore him... :D

And now to this table and what I actually wanted to write here, when I came to this thread now:

I like it a lot, because:

- this time I like the sounds

- this time I like the physics (nonetheless, could be twaeaked, but just a bit)

- the lighting FX are cool anyway...

- I found out, that this table is better than I ever thought (never played it in reality).

So here from me: Thanks for this one! Even if not really 4k ;)

there is no helping this mess... return the res back to 2048 or 1024 whatever it was originally...
I'm not saying the table shouldnt have been made into a VPX... its the over selling it for what its not, in the least
