I don't mind typing it out but Inkochnito already has a really good png that I think you should be able to use right away. Checkout the Unused_cards section under the "Search" button on the left of the page.

the png will work just fine

just checked both used and unused sections of the site

you would not happen to know where I can get a card for Agents 777 (Game Plan 1984)?

I redrew the apron and updated the table but never found a card.

the table looks naked without the instruction card in the apron.

as I posted befor

Cosmic is a bootleg of Sterns Galaxy

http://www.ipdb.org/machine.cgi?id=980

The Stern version is fully built,

the PF image needs to be rebuilt.  All the light inserts need to be added.

I don't have plans to build this image. if anyone is interested in building this image. let me know.

and I will release the Stern version.

so, what turns that magnet on and off?  I got a ball in the hole and it would kick it up, then suck if back down, just kept doing that until I killed the game, racked up a lot of points.

the magnet is always on, its suppose to simulate the beveled wood around the kicker hole

having the kicker force and the magnet force equal to each other is causing this problem

increase the kicker force to 8-10 and reduce the magnet force to 2-3

I've got the error, that the taito.vbs can't be found.

I have it in the script-folder. I put the script for testing also in the table-folder, but the error persists.

Here are my POV File, optimized FS Settings, imo.
And i moved Flippers / Primitives a bit down, otherwise the Ball "jump" over Flippers ...

Light ID for Game Over, TILT, NEW and RECORD are 149, 150, 151 and 152 (Thanks to exegeta)

Sorry, atm. i don't know ID's for 1-4 UP ...

And Lights on Bumpers and under Plastics are very bright, how can i reduce this - Falloff Power from 2 to 5 seems to be ok ?

Thanks, but the error is the same. Very mysterious.

I have another taito-table and the error is also there. So it's not a problem with the table.

The rights seems also to be OK. :tapping: :bar5:

Written in the error-message: Variable is not defined. Which variable?

Test also many taito-VP9-tables. All have the same problem and can't find the .vbs.

One table ask for a version higher than 3.26.

Get the latests scripts from the latest update. Or better, get the update.

I believe you might have the beta where toxie made a boo-boo ?!

I have always the latest .vbs-files in my script-folder; the 3.36.

And here is the mysterium:

I changed the name of the taito.vbs in scripts. Then copied the taito.vbs from the 3.1 minimal install of VPX.

Run the table and it works. After that I delete for testing the new copied taito.vbs and renamed the old one back.

Run the table ... and it works also. :tapping: I have no idea why. Both files are as I see totally identical.

Thanks for your tipps. Problem solved and nobody knows why... :bar5:

The playfield isn't black here. It's more like grey.

What can I do, to get a correct black?

Without checking I have a feeling that this is related to Hauntfreak findings. How to fix it without messing up for "changed" materials ?! I'm not sure.

Thaalamus,  you are talking about the charcoal layer in the materials,   this was changed(updated) in the VP 10.4 materials.

I had the same problem when I updated a 10.3 table to 10.4

the same updated in the materials is not playing well with some of the current environment images..

if the grey PF bothers you,  import the materials from one of my 10.3 tables to this 10.4 table.

or

you can change the material from a table you like,  you will have to updated the lighting and the intensity of the GI lights

I haven't played that much with materials so sorry for this possible stupid question.

I could in theory also replace the tables you've made with the materials HF posted ?
I tried that. Delete all materials, imported that HF posted. Obviously not the way to do it, because it looked way off.

Aren't we talking about the materials, release in pre. latest VPX having "blacks" not being 0,0,0 ?

And how do I know if the author haven't changed anything on the default ones ?

I guess I need to experiment a bit with this. But, would appreciate if you could tell me I've understood the problem.

From now on. I won't help anyone here at VPF. Please ask Noah why that is.
