Hi guys.

I have problem with Terminator table/tables, it's about VP9 Chrome Mod table.

Look at this black stripes all around playfield, how to get rid of it ?

My playfield resolution is 1920x1080 and i have all options setup like author adviced. Tried different T2 Chrome table and it's the same glitch iwth black stripes.

I have this issue only with T2 Chrome Table, i tried every possible working GFX setup and nothing work, still have this black stripes :(

Can someone help with this? It's the best table for T2.

One day i'll build Vitalik statue out of used AMD gpu's.

The way to get rid of the black stripes as mentioned else where a few times, is to run the table at the exact same resolution it was rendered at.  You have to check the table documentation but tipoto did say what the recommended resolution was some where.  Basically, this is a very special table, it's visuals were way ahead of it's time because its a totally 'pre-rendered table', meaning the entire table was rendered in 3ds max and then cut into pieces and animated through the use of reels.  The black lines you are seeing are the sections of textures, their seams are no longer lining up because you aren't using the recommended resolution.

If I remember correctly, play it with 9.2.1 (which uses DirectX 7).   With VP 9.9 (uses Directx 9) you can get those black lines

I noticed that the table is different from others when i tried to change camera angles :)

So i downloaded original Tipoto table, deleted ROM settings from registry and started it with 9.2.1 version - boom i play one of best tables without black stripes :)

Thanks guys, it's my fault cuz i was trying to run it with 9.9.3 version of VP.

Thanks for replys, problem solved.

Have a nice day.

Hi, it's me again. I have another problem with this table.

After Windows reinstall i can't get smooth play on this table.

Before format i had same issue but checking "Hardware device rendering" in video options solved problem.

Now when i check Hardware device rendering i got huge stuttering all the time.

Without Hardware device render game is smooth until heavy light sequences comes - then it's again huge stuttering. Before Windows reinstall i was able to play this and never saw a single stutter.

I think it's somehow DX7 related, all setup is exactly the same as before disk format, everything backed up so it's hardware problem.

I have enough of this table, it's only good looking and that's it, plays not very well and causing only problems with setup.

Edit:

Ok, this time it's my fault. I smoke too much crack :D Forgot to exclude VPinball921.exe from virus scanner, excluded all exe files but not this one :D

We can close this topic.
