Hi,

 

Sorry but I am new to visual pinball. I am trying to get the adams family to work but keep getting 

 

addam_l7.rom cpu 524288  0 0x4401b43a 0x0000000 not available

tafu18l1.rom sound 524288 0 0x131ae471 0x0000000 not available

 

could someone advise what I am doing wrong as I 'd love to play this pinball.

Download table.  Addams Family, in this case

Download ROM ( taf_l7.zip and put it in the visual pinball\vpinmame\roms folder): http://www.vpforums....loads&showcat=9

Same thing here.. have looked for any variances of taf_l7.zip and tried without luck.. 596 KB - Get that message for a few different flavors of Adam Family . Really want to get the VR version working...Help plz

 

The checksum matches for both  .rom files within zip

I have mine working with taf_p2.zip 1,197KB with game version The Addams Family (Bally 1992) v2.1_VR0.8.9

 

addam_p2.rom

afsnd_p2.rom

License.pdf

TAF_P2.ROM

TAF_SND_P2.ROM

 

and i have taf_l7.zip 162KB with game version The Addams Family (Bally 1992) v1.4.1

 

addam_l7.rom

 

Maybe the file taf_l7.zip you have in your roms folder being 596KB is unzipped?? maybe check that
