Hey everyone Im looking to find where the file is saved that saves the video/rendering options. Ive tried uninstalling and deleting the future pinball folder located in the C/user/games/futurepinball but that didn't reset them when I reinstalled So if anyone could tell me where that would be awesome

Future Pinball stores those in the Windows Registry, as far as I remember.

I don't see any file within the FP directories that would store that info?

so once you set the video monitor settings to your specific monitors what keeps this from re-setting on reboot? the screenres txt file location within the future pinball directory?

You will want to move the fpRam files and the BAM CFG folder.  Also, you will want to save the BAM/Cache folder.

fpRam has the high scores for each table and some table authors save some settings there with the script.

BAM CFG has settings for lighting and static cam settings.

The BAM/Cache folder has shadow maps for tables that do not have a TGA file saved.

It might be easiest to delete everything from the new Future Pinball folder and copy the entire old Future Pinball (as is) over to the new folder.

As far as I know, the video/rendering options must be saved in the registry. I have never seen them saved to any external file. Maybe save a screenshot of it before you make the change.

Never install FP in C:\Program Files or C:\Program Files (x86).
