This is the animated backglass for "Moon Light" by Inder.
  
The backglass is based on images Akiles provided. I have added the space ship animation, so please set the "Const ApronSpaceship" to 0 in the table script.
I tried to keep the balance between a somewhat fluid animation and the hardware impact of multiple B2S update calls.
 
Please use the FS table version 1.2 and above, as the earlier versions do not contain the animation code.

For some reason, the BG is displaying smaller and not filling my screen. All 800+ other tables load the BG full screen. only this one is not. Is there a way to fix this? Nice BG otherwise.

That's how the used image is. It would look much worse stretched to 16:9.

has anyone found a full screen version of this BG? why is it that this is the only BG that does not fill the screen?

?? screen settings? where would I find screen settings for a b2s? the playfield is fine, it's the BG that does not fill the screen.

Check the "global" screenres.txt or "table name".res if want a separate setting for only this table
There are values it it for playfield, backglass, DMD. Size and position

as digitalarts said, you can set that for each directb2s, e.g. 4:3 Resolutions for some Special BG's with some Rotating Elements, ...
