   I can't find it in the script where to change the controller to use db2s. I've looked through it several times---maybe I'm missing it,  or is there another way to set up db2s for this table?

There are two versions ready. The one which you mean and another one, that was invented to try to use new possibilities such as dB2S and UltraDMD together with the Legend of Zelda. You can read more about it here: http://www.vpforums.org/index.php?showtopic=30784&page=97#entry320507

 

I tried myself to use a quick script fix, but my first idea did not work out as expected to use the latest http://www.vpforums....&showfile=11608

the Legend of Zelda release together with dB2S and UltraDMD.

 

I believe at the moment you need to wait a bit longer, until the latest the Legend of Zelda will also be optimized from the team who made the last working release possible, to benefit from dB2S and UltraDMD:
