If you are one of the 10 people to download this already, please change line 595 to
EMReel1.SetValue ( INT( aNewPos / 7 ) ) + 4

You can easily search the script for setvalue and be brought to that line. I forgot to renumber the frames for the emreel, so the idol is showing the wrong image - this fixes that. Also change the x position of the reel to 639. I have uploaded a corrected version now.

Changes from the FS/16:9 versions, as I had all three perspectives in mind while rebuilding the table, all I had to do was change the FOV/Inclination, add the cabinet sides and lockdown bar, backbox decal, backdrop, change the biplane ramp to a more suitable angle'd image for this perspective, change the idol walls to an emreel, move one screw ramp, and make the right ramp longer for the new perspective. It wasn't difficult.

Done and done! Thank you very much for releasing the 4:3 table! On my Vista laptop it stutters too much, so tonight I'll definitely give it a spin on my XP desktop. Looking forward to a heap of fun! Do you appreciate any feedback on gameplay, settings etc? I know this table very well from VP and real life (although that was some time ago).
Greetings Slam23

If you have better settings, go ahead and post them, and if anything is amazingly wrong, let me know please. Otherwise, I like how it plays here on my machines and am happy with how it turned out.

Too bad I can't really play this. It plays fine, but it looks like...eh. You know what I'd say here. Even worse than the FS version, biggest case of ATI problems I've seen. I mean, look at this! This is what I see when I play this table. I don't have problems with Groni's backdrops, I can re-size them just fine, but this? Holy guacamole.

Video Card killers! All of you! It could be because the playfield images are 1022x2048 and your card or driver doesn't like that. You can export the graphics, resample them to say 512/1024, and reimport them again. That'd help for your systems.

Aight, I got the playfield working with the two BottomGI images and the two IJPF images. Now to find the apron.

The McD

EDIT: Aight, NewestPlastics was missing. Should I upload the lower-res version as a "light version" MOD?

The apron is "newestplastics" - you'll also want the rightrampe and rightrampe2 graphics, as those have plastics on them for flashers.

You can upload mods, that's no problem at all. smile.gif

Hi Destruk and McD,

When I tried to play Destruk's version on my vista laptop it worked but stuttered (have yet to get the right settings or give up on that project). On my XP desktop (Nvidia card 7800 GT dual core limited edition 512MB, driver 190.38, 2GB internal memory and AMD 64 X2 4400+ dual-core processor) I get the error message "could not create offscreen surface". When I try McD's light version: no problem. When I disable hardware rendering on Destruk's version: I get it to run but with graphical errors (seem to be omissions), when I then recheck hardware rendering without leaving VP9, I get white surfaces where there should be graphics. Any idea where things go wrong? Myself I thought that I should be able to run Destruk's version without problems: no ATI cards here and I presume my system has enough specs to handle bigger textures/pictures.
Greetings Slam23

Thanks for the table it looks nice and crisp. The only issue I have is that the gameplay is slow and I don't mean choppy. It doesn't stutter at all it's just slow gameplay, I mean the ball will move fine(nice and fast) when hit with the flippers but it's unbearably slow when the ball is just rolling on it's on, ex: when the ball is rolling from the upper play field to the lower play field. Is this normal?

If it's the same I'm getting, the exact message is "Could not create texture offscreen surface." My best guess is that it is tied to the resolution of the display, but I could be entirely wrong about that.

Thanks for the 4:3 version Destruk. I have no issues to report, other than that I've beaten my no buy-in high score!

I like being able to see the top lanes and ball movement with the higher perspective on this. Love the way it plays and looks, all the details are crisp and have vastly improved my enjoyment of this table.
