Rotated VP8 dt converted to 9.9 with permission. New PF/lights thanks to TAB. Testing and tweaking thanks to kiwi.

Still pretty rough... Got to play a real one recently and it was just as rough! The spinner in the middle is supposed to have a Hot Wheels looking car on each end. The real one did but one was falling off and jamming the spin. I digress...
