Can it be done??

I have built MJR's DIY analog plunger and I must say its pretty damn flawless!!

http://www.vpforums....topic=28313&hl=

So.... Now I have the task of making adjustments to tables to enable the mechanical plunger. Most I have tried worked well, but being new to all this and NOT knowing yet how to design my own table, im kinda at a loss to add plungers that function correctly.

This example is JPs Midievil Madness.

Can anyone tell me how to add a mechanical plunger to this that will respond to the analog input?

Thanks!!

The real table has a launch button, no plunger. You can do anything in VP, so I guess you could still add the analog plunger, if really desired.

No - I TOTALLY get that!  - I actually would prefer my tables to all use the plunger if at all possible. Im not a real big fan of the cabs with the multitudes of buttons on the front....in all fairness though, im not exactly what they all do! LOL! Id just like to have the coin, exit, start, and plunger on the front.....unless for some reason I need the other buttons...

back on topic - HOW do you add the plunger - even IF the real game has a launch button?

Just drag a plunger from the available table objects on the left within VP and place it where the ball loads (The top of the rectangle denoting the plunger should just touch the base of the ball). You can change the properties of it to be hidden so it doesn't show but still functions. No code is required, that's all you need to do.
