I am starting this WIP thread early because a) I've never done a redraw like this before and b) if I burn out, I at least want to be accountable for my work.
If I do this build without sharing progress, I may give up on it, so I need to keep it going here.
I scratched my previous redraw because it lacked detail. I hate doing redraws, hate hate hate BUT I have borrowed a Wacom tablet and I see promise in this. I'd like to share my redraw progress to also get some feedback from other photoshop/drawing tablet users. Am I doing it right? I don't know. Share some pointers, this is my first day with the tablet so I could be doing this all wrong.
Most of all I just want to do this table justice. We lack great resources, not many people are aware of it and of those that are, even fewer have played it. I consider this pinball preservation at it's most important.
This table was made in 1996 by a Spanish pinball company named "Spinball" - it was the last table created by them. It's got great classic artwork, lots of cool toys on the table - some stuff that hasn't been done before or after - while still feeling a little old school. I don't know if it's a great game to play, all I know is I want to play it, and I want it done properly.
This is going to be an adventure... please be patient
I do still need to finish a couple other builds first so this will take some time.
