On my single monitor system, I get backglas and table displayed at the same time (fullscreen).
What do I have to do, if I only want to see the table (or, if that isn't possible, how can I make the Backglass much smaller?)

This table was not created for single monitor systems. It's a spanned table that spans over two monitors.

Open the backdrop options, double the y-scale and substract 500 from the x-position. This should put the table nearly in the correct position.

Hello,
Sorry for my English, I use a translator.

I am looking for the table Devil's Dare version "full screen", but I can not find that spanned and I confess that I have never understood how to use this type of table.

I use a table for the moment that I modified using a tutorial 4/3 16/9, but the result is not terrible.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Good flip.
My wife hates you all, but my kids and their friends love you, and me to. Thank you for all.

There is no Full Screen table. Download the spanned table. Then:
Open the backdrop options, double the y-scale and substract 500 from the x-position.

Hey hmueck, thanks for stirring my interest in this table. I love this one! :drinks:
First off I typically skip the tables from 09 that have not been updated because they usually are very low res and don't look at all good. (This one looks fairly good considering)
Second I'm not big on the sounds from the 80's era tables. I like the older EM and the newer DMD based tables but the annoying beep and buzzes form the 80's ones, especially all the Williams tables with the Defender sounds.
I like playing Cosmic Gunfight, but I'm about ready to kill someone when they wait to launch the ball and the table sits there sounding like a Phaser on overload! :chair:
This table however has some amazing sounds for an older SS.

I hope this table is on someones list to get the old polish and tweak treatment, it sure deserves a fresh coat of paint! :dblthumb:

I agree, several of the early 80's machines sound plain annoying. But i actually really like the sounds of the Defender video game and also the pinball table. :)
A lot of the tables in the top 101-201 could use a graphics/physics overhaul. Sadly there no ressources. Sometimes there's a playfield but no plastics/toy/backglass, ...
E.g. The Simpsons seems to be a great table, but it looks so not good in FS. I begin to think that the only way to get perfect ressources is the Farsight/PinballArcade way: buy the table and take it apart yourself.

Hope you have deeper pockets than me! ;)

By the way, just FYI to everyone, I think the number of segments on the backglass scores are off. I switched mine from 14 to 11 and now the scores look right to me.

wow! you should take a gander at the oldies Trigon or Rapid Vienna or even Novus
these three were made in vp8 but you can't tell due to outstanding graphics and well polished coding
it is truly amazing what someone can do with the older vp editions
oh and Trigon plays in vp9.1.2

Rapid Vienna does look cool. I can't find a valid link for either of the other two though.

Thanks, once I saw where the link was I knew something was up. I was not getting logged in. I thought I was but I didn't read the small print. Not the best "Login failed I have ever seen. Something was up with my password, fat finger, don't know but I had it generate a new password, logged in and boom the link appeared. It's simple when you know how, LOL!

Thanks a lot!!

Sadly, my pockets aren't deep enough for a house with a gameroom or even an appartment with space for one single machine.

Will you tell Flying Dutchman so he can update his file / site?

I just tried, it told me "FD could not receive any new messages!" I have messaged him a couple times before so it did work, maybe he's tired of me bugging him, lol!

Oh. He probably has too many messages, needs to delete some and nobody told him?! Try the "contact" link on his homepage.
