I was helping a friend last night getting Unity 3D on his Cabinet. All of his force feedback stuff works in Visual Pinball but not in Unity Pinball, is this supported?

Yes it is. But old "legacy" configurations only, so only one available.

2.0 config files has been included and will be released on next version..
