i did on my latest table. This makes a huge difference, although not one that is obvious (the sound being missing takes away from the realism in a way that you only get when the sound is back)

Finally getting around to trying this. I'm a bit confused by the instructions:
'- Ramp end --> at the end of every ramp the ball will drop off'- Wire ramp start --> at the start of every wire ramp'- Wire ramp end --> at the point where a wire ramp feeds to a normal ramp. If the ball drops to the playfield, add "Ramp end"
What do you mean by "add "Ramp End"" here?
The sample table has a bunch of different triggers. It seems like "Wire Ramp Start" means to set "WireRamp = 1", but looking at the timer code, it won't do anything unless OnRamp is also set to 1.

Hi DJRobX,
the normal Ramp sound is the plastc noise. While the ball is on a wire ramp, the sound changes to a metal noise. Imagine a ramp consisting of a plastic start, a middle wire section and the last part plastic again. Then You need to need to tell the sound code, when to start playing metal noise (Wire ramp start) and when to switch back to plastic noise (Wire ramp end). If the ball is just dropping from the wire ramp to the playfield, You do not need a separate "Wire ramp end" as "Ramp end" will switch off all ramp sounds and set OnRamp to 0.
Regards
Michael
