This is the directb2s TABLE. please see companion downloads for the BACKGLASS

Scarface - Balls and power for pinball cabinets
by Hassanchop, JPSalas, luvthatapex and Herweh
-------------------------------
This is a cabinet version of the wonderful Scarface balls and power
table.

This version includes:
- DMD and score display on the 2nd or 3rd monitor
- backglass designed by Hassanchop
- grill designed by Hassanchop for 2 monitor cabs
- Flasher animations on the backglass tied to events in the table
- LEDWIZ controlled flashers and solenoids
- some minor changes with regard to the attract mode and a variable insult mode at the end of the game

NOTE: to turn off ledwiz control simply set LEDWACTIVE=0 at the top of the table script

This requires:
- B2s files (Microssoft .net 4.0, b2s.vbs)
- Backglass designer server 1.0
- ledwiztoolbox kit (ledwiztoolbox.vbs and files from ROSVE)
- configuration of ledcontrol.vbs to match your FLASHERS AND SOLENOIDS

Here is a sample of my config in the ledwiztoolbox.vbs.
This can be used for all original tables that use the LEDWIZ toolkit.
Simply replace my ports with the ports that you have hooked to your
ledwiz:

const LedW_Start = "1"   'Start Button
const LedW_Launch = "2"   'Launch Ball Button
const LedW_CRFlash = "3"  'Center Right Flasher - Red
const LedW_LFlipper = "6"  'Left Flipper
const LedW_RFlipper = "7"  'Right Flipper
const LedW_Knocker = "8"  'Knocker
const LedW_Strobe = "9"   'Strobe Light
const LedW_LSling = "10"  'Left Slingshot
const LedW_RSling = "11"  'Right Slingshot
const LedW_Shaker = "12"  'Shaker Motor
const LedW_RGBFButton = "13"  'RGB Flipper Red
const LedW_GearMotor = "16"  'Gear Motor
const LedW_LBumper = "17"  'Left Bumper
const LedW_RBumper = "18"  'Right Bumper
const LedW_LNBumper = "19"  'Less Noisy Bumper
const LedW_CBumper = "20"  'Back End / Center Bumper
const LedW_CFlash = "21"  'Center Flasher - Red
const LedW_CLFlash = "24"  'Center Left Flasher - Red
const LedW_ORFlash = "27"  'Outside Right Flasher - Red
const LedW_OLFlash = "30"  'Outside Left Flasher - Red
Enjoy!

Great work. I just tested. The flippers dont work. Also it would be cool if the gear motor activated when ball went into the spinner on the upper right hand side. I asked Rosve to take a look at the code. I will get you the code changes after he looks at it.

Ahh, you mean the contactors on your cab. Yes, I forgot those. Here is an updated script that will fire the contactors.

Simply remove the current script and paste this one in.

I can check on the gear motor activation.

Use this one. It has the gear motor and correct contactor code.

Love this table, great work on this for both the backglass and the table itself.  Just polished work, one of the best originals ever put out and I could see this as a commercial project.

Question:  I noticed this needs the new VP915 instead of VP914 (which the FS version used) as I get a corrupt file when loading in VP914, but it loads fine in VP915.  Was there a new feature added that needed this or was it just saved in that version?  I ask as this causes some havoc on my HP cab, NO BIG DEAL, but just wondering if it was necessary.  FYI, because of a few glitches, I prefer that my standard VP install is not VP915 at this time.

Some recommendations:

- On my system, there is no music or sound effect during the match at the end of the game

- The attract mode at the beginning of the game is well done and has great music.  However, once a game is ended, the music does not restart via attract mode

- This is nitpicking, the backglass art IS awesome, but the hair color does not match the playfield pics of T.M.  ;)  When I say nitpicking, I mean nitpicking, this doesn't require a fix, though I am curious on the artistic license.  It's great art, I love the style used for both the backglass and the playfield.

- Some people may complain this is a hard game and request you make it a bit easier.  My recommendation: tell them to take a hike, I love it BECAUSE its a hard game (well for me, you clowns are no doubt going to shame me by posting great scores momentarily!)

- Best... Multiball... Start...  In Original VP table history me thinks...

I have about 10 builds of VP on my system and I thought I used the last vp914 to save the file. I'm not using any primitives so it works fine in VP914.

I just checked and it looks like you need at least VP914 rev 431 to load this. This version is still VP914.

I suggest you release an update to this table with the script i provided. The 1.0 version has errors in the forcefeedback that wont shut the contactors off.

OK, thanks. The most current version posted on the "Daily build" dropbox is VP914 rev 434 so I will try it with this one and see of there are the glitches I've noticed in some games (the ball in Solar Ride has a weird glitch every now and then).  Many thanks for the info, very appreciated.  What a great job you did.

Funny fact not totally related:  I read a thread recently that mentioned the eyes on the backglass would follow the ball position as the head does on the table.  I looked for it and couldn't see Tony M. looked all over the place and was about to post about this "bug"... Damn it, I wanted to see Tony look at me straight in the eyes when I F-up and the ball drained.  Then I came across the Red and Ted Roadshow b2S thread that is actually has this feature.  That's what happens when one reads threads in the dead of night lol

Here is a script that removes the LEDWIZ commands if you just want to play the cabinet version.

Replace the script in the table with this one and save the table as another name.

I could not get this to work without errors, then I tried 9.1.4 and it works great. 9.1.5 rev 442 it has tons of errors. Anyone else?

Okay, it is not working on 9.1.4 either. Error on line 973.

variable is undefined 'LFLogo'

The original table works fine though. I really think this upgrade looks great. I wish I could get it working.

VP9.15 442 is the latest build beta. I haven't tested it with this VP build yet. Perhaps something was done with primitives in this build.
