I've had Blackout installed for several months and it has worked with no issues (one of my favorite tables), however now when I run that table the "background" sounds no longer function.  I can still hear all of the other sounds (bumpers, flippers, spinners, etc), it's only the sound effects in the background (the ones that slowly go higher pitched and faster as you play) that have quit.

I tried deleting and re-downloading and installing the Blackout file in the table folder, but it's still doing the same thing.  Anyone have any ideas?

I experienced the same problem but it was gone when I restarted the system. No idea why that happens. Maybe deleting the cfg/ini files would help?

Not sure how to delete the files you speak of.  I ended up changing ROMs from l1 to t1 and now it works fine.
