Actually, nowhere. It's just the VP8 table with some settings changed. No updated graphics or anything.
You can download the original 4:3 table here. It was created by Destruk, Dorsola, Pinball Ken, Jive, Boris, Mr Pinball and rev036. No way i try to get permission from all those people to upload a modified table.
Somebody said he is working on a completely new version, but that was several years ago and nothing was released (yet?).
