Hello, I was wondering if someone could tell me how to get a future pinball table to display fullscreen on my cabinet. I would like it to have a fixed full screen playfield image much like a full screen Visual Pinball table. Is this possible? I would think it is so what am i missing? Thanks.

Sure it's possible. I have about 25 FP tables running in my cab.
You need to turn on arcade mode, check the hyperpin help file for complete instructions on how to get this running.
Once you load a table in FP on your cabinet, you'll need to manually resize each table which is explained in the help file.

Download and install FP. Create a shortcut on your desktop if one isn't created. Right click that shortcut and add "/arcaderender" without the quotes after the text in the quotes on the line that says Target (make sure you leave a space between the quotes around the shortcut text and the text you add).
Go into FP and open the Video/Rendering options under preferences. Enable arcade mode for your playfield monitor and your backglass monitor from the drop down menu under video settings. Set the resolutions accordingly for display 1 and display 2 (presumably playfield and backglass respectively). Make sure you make rotation on the playfield monitor 270 degrees (Sideways) and arcade mode and full screen are checked (you should check these for the backglass as well).
Once you've opened a table in FP hit the scroll lock button and use the page up/down buttons and the 2,4,6,8 buttons to set the position (translate) and size of the playfield and monitor. Once you have them where you want them either hit Ctr+S to save it, or save the table when you exit out of FP.
I probably missed something, but that's the gist of it. Hope it helps.

You can move/remove the HUD displays, but not the DMD on the backglass. It's a two screen experience (at least afaik, if someone has figured something else out I haven't seen it yet).

How do you re-size and move the DMD in future pinball?

hi all,
can someone explain what adding the "/arcaderender portion to the shortcut initiates or achieves?/
thanks, Ron
i have been playing fp in two monitor mode now but had not done this bit ... am struggling with freeze ups after first game play from hyperpin ... but i think that is a totally different problem where fp isn't allowing program back to hyperpin wheel ...
but am curious about this arcaderender bit ??
thanks, Ron
