I just purchased a Bally's Big Betty Truck Stop Pinball machine. The machine was missing the coin box and I'm not sure if its a neccessary component to getting credits to play. I have the door opened on the machine and can't seem to find what triggers the credits when you put a quarter in. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Congratulations on your new machine! This game is a whole lot of fun - I play it a lot.
The coin box isn't needed to play the game - it simply collects inserted coins. In the coin door there are slots, on the inside of the door those slots should have wire switches that move when a coin is put into the slot. You can also trigger the switch wires by hand with the coin door open.

The Bally 6803 machines like Truck Stop shipped without any adjustments set for credits/coin. There could be a numeric keypad to access the diagnostics and adjustments for the machine. It's as easy as A-B-C - or so they say.
If you don't have the numeric keypad accessory then you should have three buttons inside the cabinet or coin door to do some limited adjustments.

The lane Steer ramp area is off in the VP table get's some pics of that area. I think moded the VP table to be like the real game.

There could be a numeric keypad I don't think truck stop has it. It uses the flipper buttons.

Also what rom ver do you have?? You may have a newer or older rom then what is pinmame.

Welcome to the forums. This is the first time I heard "Big Betty" Thrown in front of Truck Stop. Thank you, I did not know this table had a full title like that. I went and did some backglass inspecting afterwards. Never noticed the words Big Betty up there b4 at times when i've looked up the machine.
