wow. Im checking it out now. Hell of a cool table! The only distracting thing is the bumpers in the back keep flashing through the ramp whenever they are hit. Besides that, I'm mightily impressed and will spend a good deal of time with this one. Great job!

I'm a little confused...

Could you expand on that statement?

They don't even flash when hit think.gif

what I mean is at the back of the table where the pop bumpers are directly under the rail ramp, whenever they are hit, they tend to overlap the rail ramp up above. It's not a huge deal or anything, but it's something I noticed. So this is your first table? Plans on a next table? You guys got this thing done quickly!

That's not happening to me...

Are you using the full or lite version?

In the editor left click the ramp, then hold shift and left click the other ramp next to it. This should have both ramps selected. Then right click and select draw in front.

Let's see if that helps.

I was planning a table a month, and we would have released this one in that time frame, but I have a social life keeping me very busy.

Next table: Charlie's Angels. I figured we'd do an oldie next. smile.gif

"For use with VP 9.x using HARDWARE RENDERING. If rendering issues occur, use the "Lite" version."

Pentium 4 2.66GHz 448MB RAM
ATI RADEON XPRESS 200SERIES
Wide screen 1280 x 768

This is how it looks played windowed, with hardware acceleration on, same problem fullscreen.
It apparently works fine, full screen, with hardware acceleration UNCHECKED
Is THIS you call the light version? hmm.gif

I play all my tables, including some VP9 (pinbot, Mars attack 2009, the Who´s Tommy), using VPMan, fullscreen, at 1280 x768 without any problems.
They look stretched but I got used to it.

I was hoping this would come up, so it could be explained...

This is the support topic for the "FULL" version, which is about 20MB and requires hardware acceleration. Once you load the table, check the hardware acceleration box (if not already) before running. Some older video cards may not be able to handle it, so I made a "Lite" version.

The "Lite" version is roughly 6MB and I used smaller jpg images. This allows for no hardware rendering, so uncheck the box, if it's checked, before running.

Does that clarify?

Like clear water!
Thanks Noah! cool.gif
Still a little problem with the full version, hardware acceleration unchecked. Is this normal? Does not interfere.

I´m downloading the lite one now. dblthumb.gif

Hardware acceleration should be checked for the FULL version. If you are gong to uncheck it, and try it, you'll have to save the table with it unchecked, close VP 9, and start VP 9 again.

As far as those tables, they are originals, and I am a little reluctant to upload originals. I can say, I LOVE Nova, and wish we could share. I'll try to figure something out.

Strange ... this is how it looks when some targets were hit.
When all targets are up there is no transparency problem.

Can anybody tell me what's wrong?

I'm using a NVIDIA 7600GT graphic card.
Resolution is 1280x1024, video mode is 32bit.
So long ... fart on ...

That happened to me on my 6200 video card, as well. It's due to the constant changing of the reel, since it contains the four drop targets and flashing LEDs.

Give the Lite version a try. It didn't happen to me on that version.

It doesn't happen on my 9500GS, though.

Hrum, VP9 seems to be slow as f**k here. As a result I couldn't play the table yet. I'll do some more research.
