First I replied to PINBALLWZD help offer so sorry for this duplicate. I should have posted here first.

I hope someone can help me please. I've tried messing about with milkshape but just cant figure it out.

I want a toy that is a CD on stood on its edge and be able to rotate it in its edge. Like a coin spinning on its edge but a lot slower. I want to be able to add two cd images on each side and be able to rotate the cd around on it edge to reveal the other cd of the cd. (exmaple .)

Thank you

Can't help you with it, but my best suggestion would be to go to GoPinball (We're not allowed to post links to that page)
These guys are EXPERTS when it comes to modelling things.

I already said that I could help... Just PM me the details...

It really would not be too difficult...
But if you want to go to the enemy... lol go for it..

You could just to the effect via a Hologram...and if you need collision, just put an invisible wall with render off but collision on.
Would not be hard to do in Photoshop with alpha channel.

Just a thought..

Not to be off topic or anything...
Whats the big deal about GoPinball isn't it just a site that hosts recreated tables like here and I thought that was the purpose of this whole hobby to preserve pinball games to remember the past... whistle.gif
Well I just hope this doesn't cause a giant ruckus just curious thats all...

I don't see where is a problem. Just create a CD with MilkShape, apply what texture you want on each side, import it as a toy in FP and rotate it as you want (with a timer in order to endless rotate it).
And concerning GoPinball, I don't see too where is the problem.

Les cons ça ose tout. C'est même à ça qu'on les reconnaît.
