Thanks for the UVP backglass. For some reason I can't get this to work though. Other UVP backglasses are working fine. I put the files into the proper locations. All are named the same thing as the VP pinball machine. The set controller mod to the script is done and the script compiled. Even tried copying the line from another working UVP pin. When I launch the pin and play the backglass does not show up, the UVP "box" shows up on top of the playfield, but no backglass. Tried launching UVP by itself and then quitting it. Tried downloading both UVP backglasses, but same thing. Feel like it's a script problem, but I should only have to add the controller line, comment out or remove the other controller line and that's it, correct? I know there are 3 lines there too that can be commented out or removed for error messagin. I have tried those three removed and commented, no change.

What the heck?

Thanks

is it in the hyperpin database, and with the right names?

Hmmm, you know it's not .... yet. I was just trying to get it to run first outside of hyperpin, falsely assuming it wouldn't touch the hyperpin database file ..... Don't I feel stupid. Just tried it and that fixed it, knew had to be something dumb!!! Learned something new and fixed the problem. That would have taken me a while to figure out, really.

THANKS very much

jackblotto .. you can run UVP Backglasses without HyperPin, but you would still need the directory structure though! wink.gif

Good luck!

Cheers,
FD.
