Paragon 2011 4x3

Version: 2011
Category: VP/VPinMAME 9.x - MOD Tables

Author(s): PacDude, Bob5453

Description:
Mod of PacDude's version
Paragon for VP9.1.x

Enjoy PacDude's style. He was one of a kind. I added many things for appearance, but I tried to make all additions noncollidable, so the table should still play the way PD intended it to play. The 4x3 mod keeps the backbox and the lockbar on the table and also uses PD's release Backdrop.

Thanx for the update Bob. This has always been a fave for ages, used to play it tons in the early 80's. I did up a new target image, but being quite small on the playfield, it's hardly noticed. I'll put it here for those who may want it anyway.

Good job at keeping it in the Pacdude flow of play Bob.

Thanks Bob for this, but I hate to say I miss the original sounds. Not all of them are there. The sounds make the experience for me. But it looks and plays great!!

Did you press F6 and look at the sound options for the ROM. Try all of them if you want, just remember to press F3 to restart the ROM after you change a setting. Pic below of what I set mine on to match the sounds I remember.

@Wildman, I don't want to release a FS version as my FS settings are different from you guys with cabs, besides, anyone should be able to easily add their own FS settings. I would assume if a person could create a pincab, they could change a few numbers on the backdrop. smile.gif

Just got to play one of these in real life at the Dallas show. Excellent game, and this rendition is absolutely outstanding. It would be my favorite widebody if Amazing Spiderman didn't exist. Bob might have had a little something to do with that too wink.gif
