Category: VPinMAME 9.x Recreations

Author(s): pinuck, kruge99

Description:
Based on the table by Gottlieb from 1978

Thanks to everyone who provided photos, and especially to me-mike and DedRok_V for testing against their real machines, scanning manuals, plastics etc.

Comes with yellow flipper rubbers, if you want red, the recommended colours are in the script / table info.

There's a FS, 4:3 and WS version, plus a new UVP.

enjoy!

Looks great but I get error loading and the table won't load (using 9.1.2).I tried redownloading twice.

Third times the charm. Works!

I must have a problem with the installed fonts. In the counter appears some numbers and other strange symbols.
Do you know what special font needs this table?.

Thanks.

I'm sorry but no fonts were harmed nor used in the creation of this VPinMame recreation.

Please post a screenshot so that we can see the problem and perhaps figure out how to help you.

Here is a part of the screen.
Or at least I hope so, because I'm not sure how to insert an image into the message.

Now I know that I have not done well

After you browse to the picture file you want to attach, you need to click the upload button, then you submit the message. There is a maximum file size so make sure you don't exceed the file size or it will reject the upload.

Best Regards,
Todd.

OK, now I'm confused. There are no text boxes anywhere on the backdrop, therefore NO fonts used on this GOTTLIEB table, so why would you suggest a WILLIAMS font?

Well, respect Willians fonts, I have already had installed them, and reinstall them again have not changed anything.
Respect the screen image, in the last message I have used the Insert Image button. In this one I use the Upload Image button but I'm not sure if I've done it well.
In any case, thank you all for your answers and forget it, this issue is not so important

In the editor. go into the backdrop and select one of the reels. Open the Options and you will see Font in the Options pane. Each reel should have Font in the options.

I'm not arguring with you Todd, BTW. I'm sure you did not use Fonts with your reels. However I believe VP assigns a font to a reel by default.

Yup, that screenshot is indeed from a VP8 version of Sinbad. Not sure exactly which one it is though.

pinuck, you are right.., I'm a brainless one.
I installed your VP9 for Sinbad, and afterward I was trying to play the previous VP8 version that I had.
