What am I missing if it errors with "Object doesn't support this property or method: TAF.Slope?"

It sounds like you are trying to play this VP8 table in VP9. This I believe is a VP8 function which is not included in VP9.

To be able to play this table you need to download the VP8 executable which is found in the download section here. Click on the Getting Started section of thr menu bar and you will see where this file can be downloaded from.

Hope this helps.

That would be a firewall issue.

It's been reported once before, and that was the solution.

Hay what do you know? VP8 works!
Thanks so much!!

While I'm at it, is there a high-resolution version of TAF floating around like there is for Elvira and the Party Monsters?

Rather than clicking the link as usual, you can try to right click and open it in a new window or new tab - that should avoid issues with popup blockers and/or download managers. If it's not working with the firewall off, turning the firewall on isn't going to improve the situation.
