I saw that earlier. I guess the seller feels if he can't sell it he is going to have fun junking it. Certainly won't be the way to attract new business IMHO. It's his junk, he can do with it what he wants. I certainly would have thought someone would pay some money for it as a parts machine but I can't speak for the seller or potential buyers.
Now he could have really got my attention if he through a Medieval Madness off the roof or some other A list title. Then I would of labeled him as insane.

Pathetic losers. TNT Amusements suck. I'm close to buying a pinball machine but not from these bums.

All the work those companies did to make those machines and it takes a boat load of fat ass wimps to destroy them.

after that second pin fell, I couldn't watch it anymore, I'd rather watch tourists being eaten by wild game than to sit and watch this meaningless slaughter well, actually that is quite fun (on the tv show, "a thousand ways to die'!)

The word we would use here is meatheads. no brain in there and they find violence and destruction as a turn on - and laugh at fart jokes. I mean the fart jokes even fart joke connoisseurs find abhorrent..... Professional Footballers are often stereotyped as meatheads. I know there may be exceptions, but its generally accurate. What TNT did in that video makes absolutely zero business sense - truly dumb. He just cost himself a lot of money in the parts and cabinets destroyed that he could have sold, and a shit load more in the people that will not buy from a company so unprofessional.

And subzero - I saw that afterburner go over. My deepest sympathies. I promise if I find another one cheap I will send it your way.

EDIT: dunno how close you are subby but heres one : http://cgi.ebay.co.u...=item1c18c06ccb
and a much more expensive but cool one: http://cgi.ebay.co.u...=item3cb49f2fc3

I wished one of us enthusiasts would have known about this in advance. We would have gladly taken these machines off of their hands. I stopped watching after the first machine hit the ground.

I could have been smart, but I never learned anything by being smart!

If I watned to be a real jerk, I could always ask how much they wanted for the parts on the ground. If they would tell me it's free, I would ask them to ship them to me since they're free wink.gif Hell, if it's free, so is the shipping!

Faralos;

I was just thinking the same thing! Imagine that pinball machine taking that chainsaw and cutting that guy on half. I'd pay to watch that! tongue.gif

I find it ironic that the chainsaw video is advertising 'HISTORY every day' while destroying some.

Disgusting.

I can't find the video but on the same show they cut in half a brand new Stern NBA. The guy cuts it in and half and shows how the tilt mechanism works. I was like, WTF?! Take off the glass and lift the F*ing playfield.

Well I read the guys responses to criticisms on his various videos, and his garbage on his website, and even punished myself watching his other videos. Only conclusion is don't worry about this tool, nothing anybody says will change him because he is too stupid to understand. Lowest deepest muddiest murky depths of the gene pool right there. Eventually he will suffer a fate that lands him in a nursing home and maybe as he is then "Useless junk that doesn't work" they will then throw HIM off a roof!. That is a video I would watch.

I feel like pins or games that are in bad shape, need to be rescued and restored.

If they were throwing unwanted or sickly animals off the roof I doubt people would find it amusing. However what they did is just as bad in my book.

3 classic Gottliebs and a Last Action Hero, these guys should face a firing squad. But first be beaten just for the Street Fighter II table they destroyed first. They wouldn't destroy Moon Base, but Tempest and Omega Race, as well as After Burner got the toss. Why didn't they just follow those games and jump from the roof?

I would have loved to have the Tempest, Toobin and The Last Action Hero pinball machine. I would have tried to fix them if i couldn't i know someone who could, They were very sad videos. When i was a teen in the 80's i played arcade games all the time and loved them, know you can't find the real thing anymore. Of course i worked at an Arcade in the late 80's early 90's so i have history of video games and pinball. If i saw them throw a Dragon's Lair or Space Ace off the roof then i would have been very, very angry, I loved those games and their cabinets. I also love the Toobin Cabinate so seeing that fall also got me angry, and it is a hard game to play on M.A.M.E.
