Genie (Gottlieb 1979) FS

Version: 1.0.0
Category: VP 9.x Cabinet Tables (FULL SCREEN)

Author(s): vidmouse

Description:
Got the ok from Eala to mod his VP8 Genie table to FS. Had to create the animated bumpers from bits and pieces of the original table using Paint.net. Added a scoreboard as well, my own design clipped from the backglass.

Thanks guys

I forgot to mention, I also got help from Destruk on this one...
I wanted to be able to use the "5" key as a coin key instead
of 3 and 4. He figured it out for me and I modded the script.

This is an awesome table --- thanks! I have a quick question ---I seem to be getting a little graphic problem over the plunger ---it's a little scrambled. Is this a video card or setup issue on my system?

...also, I am running two screens and using UVP (look great!) so I pulled the scoreboard clip away ---is there a way to pull or stretch the playfield up to fill the gap?

There is, but to simplify matters I release a no-score version of the table now. Enjoy!

hmmm, think i've got it... as for LASER CUE for example

my playfield screen (LCD TV) is a bit more "greater" than the desktop, and even if i resize the deskop under windows (thrue the nvidia panel), VP keep not the new settings (even when i check it in the video preferences of course) > i got back to the full resolution size, and than missed a little of the picture, and of course, DMD scores (reel) are just in the dead view on the top... (strange than VP didnt keep/save my settings !?)

ok than, as i did for laser cue, i simply have to edit the table, move down a little reel, and all seems OK again, even if scores are a little on the playfield... better than nothing for the moment

will check for genie asap

thats a lot of settings up for having a pincab working good wink.gif
but it worth the effort for sure...

I do net get the UVP to run propperly.
In HP on the wheel all is perfect

All Filenames are to the Genie (Gotlieb 1979) spec
Done the script stuff with
Sub Leds_Timer()
Dim ChgLED
ChgLED = Controller.ChangedLEDs(&Hffffffff, &Hffffffff)
End Sub
at the end

but still UVP comes up on top of the Table and the program window of UVP in the corner and the backglass is gone in the second monitor

?????????????????????????

Did you also add the actual Timer to the Table and enabled it as well?

Cheers,
FD.
