Rosve, so what do us users without 16:9 (laptop, 16:10, or 4:3) need to do to get this to display properly? At the very least I'd say provide the needed info for a 4:3 conversion like bob does, if you are going to release tables as 16:9 WS only.
Though I'd highly suggest just releasing a 4:3 version for all the people without 16:9. I'd also love to know some 16:10 conversion tips, but 16:10 doesn't get any love. & needless to say, when I launch something like this on my laptop (which is more like 16:11), I don't know what the hell to do with it!
I know 16:9 is pretty popular, but 16:10 is still easily the monitor of choice for gamers out there thanks to it being able to do 1200x height (which is GREAT for
VP & stuff like Pro Pinball), especially since programs like this doesn't have built in AA support, the larger pixel count in 16:10 helps a ton as far as reducing jaggies. Without question 16:10 for desktop tables is the way to go.
Point is, a lot of people still have non 16:9 & will continue to for a long time, so it might be a good idea to keep us in mind when releasing a table 16:9 only. I also have a 4:3 LCD monitor & know quite a few others that have those & prefer them, needless to say that this table renders VERY narrow on a 4:3, kinda unplayable.
